What are the differences between UNS S32750, S32760, and S32950?

S32750 is a super duplex steel with strong corrosion resistance and good strength. S32760 has slightly higher chromium, molybdenum, and nitrogen for better acid resistance. S32950 has the highest alloying content, offering maximum pitting and crevice corrosion protection in very aggressive environments.

S32760 contains more chromium, molybdenum, and nitrogen than S32750. This gives S32760 slightly better resistance to corrosion and higher strength, making it ideal for more aggressive chemical or marine conditions.

Seamless tubes have no weld seam, which means higher pressure resistance and lower leak risk. They are stronger under load and provide smooth flow, making them safer in critical systems.

UNS S32760 typically has a yield strength of around 550–650 MPa, depending on heat treatment. This high yield makes it reliable in high-pressure and high-stress environments.
